I’m on a rant today so look out! Sadly, I’ve heard too many stories this week from people who were forced into surgeries and drug treatments they didn’t want or need. These beautiful people were scared out of their minds and who can blame them. Cancer is a scary thing, and we don’t know who to believe or where to go. I know how hard it is to fight on your own because I’ve been where you are during the pioneering days. I know how hard it is to stay firm to your belief when doctors are offering you treatments that they feel are the best for you. These doctors are following protocol, so we can’t blame them because they don’t know anything but that protocol. Some of the newer more aware doctors are stepping out of the fold and doing further study on how to cure cancer naturally through Integrative Oncology, Nutrition, mind/body medicine, and psychoneuroimmunology (emotional health) but we still have a long way to go. I know how hard this is and it is why I created Prue’s Place so we can support each other and get the knowledge and expertise we need to make an executive decision and navigate our own TRUE healing path.

Little Zuzu is happily sleeping and I am happily sipping my tea, and so I am ready to write to you. You may have noticed this last month I have been focusing on natural cures for cancer and I got to thinking that of ALL the natural cures available, there is no other one more powerful than KNOWLEDGE.
You see, before you can actually fix what is wrong with you and do so in a way that makes sense for you, you’ve got to become aware of the reality of the cancer industry. I am not coming to you today as some nutter conspiracy theorist – I am coming to you as someone who has dealt firsthand, and knows countless others who have dealt firsthand, with the cancer industry. Once you deal with this reality, your eyes are open to the truth forever.
And before I dive into this topic, I would like to say once again that I know there are many, many doctors and nurses and nutritionists and other healthcare team members who are wonderful people who truly care and want to help. This is not an attack on them. They are as much victims of this industry as anyone else, because they have also been lied to.
You see, the “War on Cancer” has been going for close to 50 years, and guess what’s happened during that time? A small group of people have made BILLIONS of dollars while a large group of people has died.
Consider this:
- In 1920, 1 in 20 people would get cancer.
- In 1940, 1 in 16 people would get cancer.
- In 1970, 1 in 10 people would get cancer.
Today, I in 3 people gets cancer.
Doesn’t seem like the “War on Cancer” has been going that well. In fact, it almost seems like the “War on Cancer” is ultimately a War on People.
Let’s Hear from Some Credible Sources
I’d like to start this next section by hearing from some very notable members of the scientific community to get their views on this “War on Cancer.”
- “Everyone should know that most cancer research is largely a fraud, and that the major cancer research organizations are derelict in their duties to the people who support them.”
- “It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines.
- “My overall assessment is that the national cancer program must be judged a qualified failure. Our whole cancer research in the past 20 years has been a total failure.”
- “The case against science is straightforward: much of the scientific literature, perhaps half, may simply be untrue. Science has taken a turn toward darkness.”
- “There is increasing concern that most current published research findings are false.”

When I was searching 3 decades ago in an Australian public library for alternative cancer treatments to chemo and radiation, I read the New England Journal of Medicine and the Lancet. I found Linus Pauling, Ph.D. research and other overseas clinic’s research and went armed with information to my Oncologist. He thought Linus Pauling and these other clinics in France and Germany were all hype and going to take my money and leave me for dead. Ironically, 10 years ago I heard my Onocologist died of cancer.
Dr. Marcia Angell, physician and long-time Editor in Chief of the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) (considered to be one of the most prestigious peer-reviewed medical journals in the world.)
Dr. John Bailer- spent 20 years on the staff of the National Cancer Institute and was also the former editor of its journal. He publicly stated his feelings in a meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

Dr. John P.A. Loannidis, a professor in disease prevention at Stanford University, (He also published the most widely accessed article in the history of the Public Library of Science (PLoS) entitled Why Most Published Research Findings Are False.)
In 2009, the University of Michigan’s comprehensive cancer center published an analysis that uncovered a sickening fact: popular cancer studies are false. Not just false, but there were completely fabricated results arising due to conflicts of interest.
The analysis suggested that these fabricated results were offered to the public for one reason and one reason only: it is what would work best for the drug companies. And this is some knowledge you need to know: A large portion of cancer research is funded directly by BIG PHARMA.

Here is what WE ALL must understand: In today’s society, the treatment of cancer has a corporate side. Cancer is an ENORMOUSLY profitable industry, but ONLY when it is geared toward chemical/drug treatment and not alternative therapies let alone preventative measures.
Consider this, the average cancer patient will spend $200,000 or more to treat their disease. And chemotherapy drugs are some of the most expensive, with costs ranging between $55,000 a vial to $7,000 for a ONE MONTH supply.
The cold, hard truth is, the cancer industry makes far too much money for a small group of people for a “cure” to ever be found by these people. Money by way of chemotherapy drugs, radiotherapy, diagnostic procedures and surgeries will continue to flood in, and these people will roll in it and laugh at the rest of our expense.
The first thing we have to do is WAKE UP TO THE TRUTH and share the truth with others.
The TRUTH is, while most human beings on this planet are kind, loving and peaceful people, there is a group of people who are beyond greedy. They really seem to almost hate the rest of us. We must recognize that there are those out there who seek to do us harm and we must protect ourselves and each other from them.
Second, we can help each other and share our stories. We can find the truth of what actually causes cancer and how it can be cured, without “their” drugs, and unnecessary surgeries and medications or with a combination approach in the hands of knowledgeable experts who understand how to cure cancer naturally. Not a doctor who ONLY follows protocol.
There are many great Integrative Oncologists – Functional Medicine Doctors, and better precision surgeries being done today using new non-toxic fluorescent guided imagery so we can get more of the tumor out and give people a better quality of life. These people will have more time to find out what other resources are available to help them cure cancer naturally.
