Keep Climbing the Cancer Healing Mountain

Good morning lovely you.Happy Monday.

As I’m sipping my tea and little Zuzu naps next to me, I realize we are on the last week of our vast climb up the cancer healing mountain.

I can see the summit ahead of us, so I hope you are right with me as we take this week to dig in deep and complete our worksheets and homework.

As we have discussed during August in our emotional health sessions, our thoughts create our future. Please go back through your emotional health worksheets (Links below) and make sure you have written down as many of your daily thoughts as possible. We have between 50,000 and 60,000 thoughts a day, so I’m hoping you have a few written down by now!

Module 2 – Session 4 starts now

Download “Whole Life Catagories”

Today we are going to move everything from your “Think Box” into categories – your “Whole Life Categories.” Feel free to create or label your areas in the spaces provided in your worksheet (above) Use additional sheets of paper if necessary. Be truthful and be your authentic self.

You are about to discover your true, lovely self, and how you tick! This is a powerful exercise that is going to help you heal your life and reach the summit of our healing mountain by the end of this week.

“Every day, I am getting better and better.”

Say this to yourself – say it out loud when you are driving alone in your car so no one can hear you! Scream it if you want! Who cares if you feel silly.

We are changing your thought patterns to heal our lives.

Healthy Healing Homework:

1. Download your Action Plan template and start adding things you love to the plan.

2. Download your worksheet for this session“Whole Life Categories” – Session 4.

3. Find the common thread between your thoughts, feelings & ideas in your “Think Box” and put them in your “Whole Life Categories.”

4. Create your resistance list and write down the results you are after.

We are working on the resistance you have to changing your life and beliefs so you can create a new healthy you.
