Wednesday’s Wisdom

Good morning lovely you and welcome to a little bit of Wednesday Wisdom.

As I sip my delicious tea looking out at the majestic cardinal on the bird feeder, I’m wondering how you are feeling today and if you are living in gratitude. I know it is hard to be in gratitude some times. Do your best to change your thinking by saying loving things to yourself and being grateful for your life. The energy from gratitude is intoxicating!

Wednesday’s Wisdom:

When I was trying to save my life and learning about natural medicine and methodologies years ago, I had a sudden realization: my cancer, which I had initially seen as a source of chaos, fear, anxiety… a bloody curse was not a curse at all but the instigator of great change in my life.

As soon as I experienced this shift in thinking, everything changed. I no longer feared cancer or feared for my life. I was grateful to the disease for GIVING me my life. Once gratefulness became my constant companion, I became more aware of my own spirit and of my own power, and I knew deep within my soul, I was going to fully recover and live the life I was meant to live.

Start being grateful today for everything in your life. I mean EVERYTHING. Your shoes, your kids, your veggies, your flat screen TV.

At different times throughout your day, just say “thank you I’m so grateful for _______. Say thank you, thank you, thank you over and over again – say it with passion and meaning. Let it become a mantra. Gratitude is transformational.

“You can’t be in fear when you are in gratitude.”

Prue’s quote of the day: “Don’t think of your dis-ease as chaos, think of it as the precursor to the greatest change in your life.”

I’m thinking of you today and wishing you a wonderful day filled with love & gratitude.

Love you,
