Who Do YOU Blame for Your Troubles?

I recall back to a time many decades ago when I didn’t know how to open my heart to receive universal love. I couldn’t receive love because I was angry and living in the past, blaming everyone and everything for my suffering.

I know you are scared and don’t believe in yourself. And, I know 90% of us live in daily fear and never feel good enough.

We spend our days going over and over our past hurts and fears. An incident occurs, and we find ourselves reacting strongly, our emotions are intensified because of our negative thoughts of the past.

We may think, This is now; this is how I’m feeling about what is happening today. But as we become more aware, we start to realize that we are feeling something from yesterday, too, something we didn’t feel safe enough to see and feel, so it has made our emotional reactions stronger to the situation today.

Spend some time today feeling the past.

Think about the sadness and fear and see what comes up. It is okay to go back to the past, fully conscious, and aware. This is how we heal ourselves. Be mindful of your behaviors and let all the emotions clear away. You will now be experiencing the universal healing energy. Feel this energy because it is a gentle look back to who you were in the past and a delicate step forward for your soul.

I’m so honored to be able to write to you and share love, inspiration, education, and motivation to all of you who read my blog. Thank you for your amazing comments and emails. Your messages mean more to me than anything in the world.

Today, I’m sharing a special message with you that I received recently from one of our soulful friends here at Prue’s Place. This is why I get up every morning and share my heart and soul with you.
